Blue-foam: The Research

In this project, I suppose to sculpt an imaginary creature with a blue-foam and I must create a slot on it so I can join my sculpture with my friends' work to form a tower. Hmm.. Interesting...

Since I like surrealism, I did my research on some past-time Surrealist. As I know, Salvador Dali was not playing much with animal (he more attracted with something about sex and mustache.) And I try to find another Surrealist's work. He was Joan Miro. This is one of his sculpture:

Those are some pictures of Miro's sculpture titled "Lunar Bird", a bird with a pair of horns. The proportion is nice with unique anatomy and odd pose. Cool! (Even looks like a chicken and make me feel hungry... Eh, I meant adore.)
